The Worthington Senior Cup reaches the quarter-final stage tonight with holders Coney Hill already handed a place in the last four. Having demolished Western Counties North anchormen Spartans 66-3 at Metz Way, South West One's Hill were due to face Longlevens at Longford Lane.But the Gloucestershire One side have withdrawn, giving Hill free passage into the last four.

Gloucestershire Premier mid-table side Matson entertain Chosen Hill, who sit fifth in Western Counties North and had a first round bye. Matson booked their quarter-final berth with a 17-3 win at Brockworth but this will be a stiffer test.

There is an intriguing clash at Sandyleaze with WCN strugglers Old Centralians heading to Old Richians, who are flying high in third in the league below and saw off league colleagues Gloucester Old Boys in the first round. Centralians had a bye.

Hucclecote play host to WCN mid-table outfit Gordon League. Hucclecote comfortably saw off Old Cryptians 30-8 to make it into the last eight, while Gordon League beat Widden Old Boys 32-31, despite being outscored by five tries to two as kicker Gavin Rea stole the limelight.

Worthington Senior Cup quarter-finals (Tuesday, 6pm): Matson v Chosen Hill; Old Richians v Old Centralians; Hucclecote v Gordon League.

Raging Bull Junior Cup (Wednesday, 6pm): Coney Hill II v Chosen Hill FP II; Tredworth v Longlevens II; Spartans II v Brockworth II; Widden OB II v Old Richians II; Gloucester AB v Matson II; Gloucester OB II v Gordon League II; Old Cryptians II v Hucclecote II (R Brennan).
